Industry Institute Interaction (I3)Programs

Pricol has collaborated with leading education institutions to initiate many Industry Institute Interaction(I3) Programs. Employees get benefitted by the programs’ ability to stimulate collaborative research and improve synergy between the industry and institutes. Employees are also trained through employee development programs such as, Management Development Programs and Sponsorship programs.

Pricol’s Annual Business Plan dictates the overall mission and direction for the work force. Similarly, the Balanced Score Card outlook delegates strategy through operations. To ensure all the teams are aligned and in sync, the Department and Individual Deliverables assigns common goals at operational levels. Finally, periodic performance reviews imparts critical feedback and direction to all employees.

Graduate Engineering Trainees (GET) Programme

Every year, the GET programme enlists first-rate graduates across the engineering disciplines(Mechanical, Automobile, Computer Science, Electronics, and IT engineers) to work in Engineering, Manufacturing & Servicing departments. Pricol looks for candidates who are passionate about their work, willing to collaborate with others, take ownership, respect all stake holders, listen and never compromise on vales. Selected graduates will undergo a 3 to 6 months of internship program that imbibes the work ethics of the organization.
