FUEL PUMP MODULE

To meet BS VI / Euro VI emission norms, it is mandatory to use with Electronic Fuel Injection (EFI) system.

EFI system requires Fuel pump module to inject metered amount of fuel into the cylinder for combustion through an injector. This rate of fuel injection is controlled by the ECU

AUTO DECOMPRESSION UNIT

BODY CONTROL MODULE

BCM provide safety, diagnostics & fault detection, power management and comfort. BCM communicates to other ECU’s (Through CAN J1939) in vehicle to bring in intelligence to electrical loads, which will ensure safety, minimize power consumption and endurance to loads.

A rotation sensor mounted in the transmission delivers a series of electronic pulses whose frequency corresponds to the(average) rotationalspeed of the drive shaft, and therefore vehicle’s speed, assuming the wheels have full traction. BODY CONTROL MODULE

STINTERED COMPONENTS

The sintered components plant was set-up in 2002 to support the company’s internal requirements and has now grown to supply Powder Metal Parts to OEMs and Tier 2 suppliers. The plant also caters to the need of Automotive and Non-Automotive suppliers, in and outside India. The plant also manufactures extremely complex ferrous parts, geometry and metallurgy (Ferrous and Non Ferrous).

The components are produced with customized mixes to the required chemistry with dust-free stainless steel blending equipment at the computer aided mixing stations. All mix compositions conforms to either MPIF standards 35 or Sinterstahl (DIN specifications). Cross functional teams of engineers ensure all the requirements of the quality systems are followed in APQP and PPAP processes.
